Lunt - Schmidt
Alexandra Christine Lunt and Martin Jefferson Schmidt were united in marriage on Friday, May 22, 2009 at Cheekwood Botannical Gardens in Nashville, Tenn.
The bride is the daughter of Ms. Nadine Perret Lunt of Quechee, Vt. and Dr. Peter G. Lunt of Texas. She holds BA and MS degrees from Johns Hopkins University and is a medical student at Vanderbilt School of Medicine.
The groom is the son of Ms. Rosalyn Gwyn Schmidt and the late Peter D. Schmidt. He received BA from Hampden-Sydney College and is a PhD candidate in neuroscience at Vanderbilt University.
Given in marriage by her grandfather Francois Perret of St Didier, France, the bride was attended by her sister Stephanie Lunt of Quechee, Vt.
The best man was Karl Schmidt, brother of the groom. The bride's brother, Jonathan Lunt, served as usher.
Following their honeymoon to the Mayan Riviera, the couple will reside in Nashville.
