Winston-Salem teen shot in leg

WINSTON-SALEM — A 17-year-old boy was shot in one leg Wednesday afternoon.
Winston-Salem police said they found Tare Loquan Walker when they responded to 776 Mock Street at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday. Walker, of Winston-Salem, had been shot in the upper part of one of his legs. He was in stable condition at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center after surgery.
Police said Walker was shot by a man, but police had an incomplete description of the suspect.
